UPDATED HAUL

Over the month or two, I've purchased a few items here and there, and just a refresher to myself and a haul post for you guys, here's what I have collected ! I also have an update on what I purchased from Urban Outfitters extra 50% off sale, but I haven't had the opportunity to photograph it yet!

 Ripped Boyfriends jeans from Abercrombie and Fitch: I'm not a fan of wearing jeans, or pants in general but ever since I purchased this pair I've been wearing it often! I love the simple lazy look when you roll up the ends of the pants. I was able to score these pants for cheap too ! ($17 USD) 

I purchased my Boston hat during my trip at a souvenir store ! Definitely will be rocking it during the colder months :) Since last season I've been in love with infinity scarves, I decided to buy a plain basic one from H&M.

Side Purse - COACH Outlet

 My parents paid me a visit and my mom ended up giving me her COACH purse! I love her so much! This is perfect for errand-ful days or going out at night!

They were having an extra 50% off sale onto of the already reduced sale prices. So I decided to snatch this jacket. Looks ordinary, right? But the back says "Whatever" Aha, I thought it was cute but my roommate thinks it's ratchet. Thoughts? 

Black Basic Rain boots - Timberland  

Again, my mom received free shoes from her workplace and since she doesn't go out often, she decided to give them to me! They're comfy as hell and they're worth $200! Thankfully we got them for free :)

I'm in love with velvet during the cold months and this year I plan on purchasing more! I also picked up this necklace since I thought it went well with the cropped top or any other tops. I lack silver jewellery. 

Bear socks - Gift // Cross Socks - Forever 21 // 

My moms friend recently came back from a trip to China and she bought me these cute socks with bears on them! They're adorable and incredibly comfortable. I wear them around the house when my feet are cold. 

[BONDING]

Ever since my last roommate left, I've been very emotionally attached to her. But that doesn't mean you should neglect the new, right? Luckily I am currently rooming with two amazing girls. While one may not have time for me as much as she use to, the other is always there keeping me company. So I appreciate that. 

The other week, I went out for breakfast with her before she left to her hometown. We enjoyed a classic brunch at Pickle Barrel

 Luckily I found her to love camwhoring as much as me! While we did our mini photo shoot session, we decided to match outfits. Of course even though we're comfortable around each other, being in front of the camera makes us a little more shy! Here's what we took (: Enjoy!

TEA TIME

[17.10.13] Tea Time Adventures; this is what I decided to wear today!

Upon arrival, we had already called in for reservations. Luckily the cafe was really empty. The atmosphere was peaceful and a great place to have catch up time with your girl friend! There was only one worker in the store multitasking. 

We found this deal ($27.80+tax for two people) on Groupon and decided to give it a shot! 

 We received a platter of different variety of desserts. The top consists of carrot cake, macaroons, creme brule, and matcha sponge cake. 

The other two layers consists of bread, and a variety of goodies topped with salmon (absolutely delicious!) 

 Served with your choice of tea or coffee. I chose Kusmi Tea: Almond Green Tea.

These are currently my favourites at the moment! 

CANDLE: I've been burning this candle every night and it's really soothing and it makes my room smell amazing! I'm really liking the warm tones and dim lights, so ready for the winter season! 

BENEFITS: I finally caved in and purchase the small benefits package. I originally just wanted the lip/cheek stain but I don't think it's worth $30!

LIFE: Surprisingly this month is going by quickly, but not quick enough ! I'm super excited for the Halloween season ! My family doesn't really celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving, so there was no hype during that weekend besides being jealous of other families for celebrating it. (those delicious turkey pictures are killing me!) 

My grandparents and dad left to China a few days ago, and my grandma was nice enough to let me borrow her sewing machine! I've been mapping out some potential DIY projects and I've been sewing my halloween costume and it's almost done! I'll let you guys know what it is once it's done (: So excited!

Life is always hectic for me, but I really enjoy that. I've learned a valuable lesson recently. Love takes time, and patience. Don't rush to look for that special someone! I've been focusing on school since it's midterm season and I've been going out with friends.

OP: TRANSITION

Sorry guys, work and school will forever destroy my time, and if not, I'd like to spend majority of my free days with friends (: Fall is here but I'm still in the posy-summer mood. And since I don't want to change my entire closet (I'm not made of money) I decided to purchase a few pieces that will help me transition to that 'fall look' 

Sweater weather is the best kind of weather! Lately I've been purchasing a lot of sweaters (which isn't good in the long run) but majority of them will either be thrifted or some H&M! Here's what I've collected so far!
